So I needed to get my toes polished before a funeral tomorrow. They talked me into a pedicure. She socked my feet for a min, tried to dig out my ingrown toe nails. Scrubbed them for 2 seconds, calluses yup still there.

I will NEVER go back to this place. Walked in everybody was on their phones looked at me and went on with what they were doing. A lady came up to me asked what I needed and I told her I just needed one nail fixed that had come off. She didn’t size the nail just slapped on some glue put a nail tip on then CAKES the acrylic on my nail has me hold in front of a fan and goes out in the mall playing with her child who is screaming at the top of her lungs telling her mom to go away. Comes back in about 10 min later files and drills my skin and doesn’t even shape my nail like my others. As I still have what she has filed hanging from my nail she pushed my hand away and tells me to to wash it and let the other girl paint my nail. So I pick the excess off as I’m washing my hands I go to get my nail painted and this young girl who obviously doesn’t care to be there paints my nail leaving streaks all through it and then walks off. After letting the gel do it’s thing under the light I got up walked to the desk to pay and realize only one girl who is doing another lady’s nails has to go find somebody to let them know I’m ready and she ends up coming back to check me out. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE IN A NAIL SALON!

People come on here to make complaints that are for 1. Common to most nail salons, they’re humans and 2. Extremely hard extremities to even work with in the first place. So as a person who doesn’t need a drill bit to work on my hands or feet this places is great. Friendly and fast like really fast for simple things so that’s great. Coming on days when it would typically be less busy is best. Also doesn’t cost the arm and leg they’re working on for you. (: if you’re looking for LUXURY services, go somewhere that implies it’s offered.

Anna did my pedicure and was incredivle. The other lady did my sns on my hands and left me soaking in acetone for over an hour, the entire time I got my pedicure. What’s worse is while filing my nails she cut me with her Dremel tool to the point there was blood all over her hands. She never apologized or did anything to stop the bleeding and proceeded like there wasn’t blood everywhere. This my sns is very uneven and my nails themselves were filed at an angle. Worst experience ever !!!

Well not going back to this place. Only an few clients there. And she want to rush and do my nails. And very liquid dip solution when I try to tell her husband he rudely to sit and ignore my request. I botched my own nails so I went to have them done here. I used to come here as a kid, and Tracy remembered me (and probably because of my mom) instantly. I haven’t been in 15-20 years and she remembered me. That was super cool, but the polish job was expensive compared to other salons and didn’t even stay on for a decent amount of time. The photo that goes along with this was taken almost exactly 48 hours after I got my nails done and I haven’t exactly been doing hard labor that would cause this to be an issue. Won’t return

I went with 2 of my friends and she did all 3 of our nails at once. Very aggressive with the filing and left cuts on our fingers. Anything she put on my fingers after that burned. They also had a small child that they put under a blanket behind the desk and made her watch videos the whole time. Nails also don’t look that good, nails are soar, and way too over priced. Very unprofessional!

Called for an appointment and the woman said ok. Then when we arrived they continued to take walk-ins and had no system in place for appointments. Not sure if they were understaffed or just over committed with the walk-ins. One of my toes got infected from the pedicure. I will not use this nail salon again.

i have been here a few times, the first time she fell out of her chair while using the drill. the nails came out as i asked for that time but she rushed. the second time i went her daughter was all over the place running around naked not allowing them to do their job and she rushed then too. i just went today and she didn’t give me what i asked for. as well she rushed. her daughter was all over the place and she cut my cuticles on every single nail. they are nice people but you can tell they don’t care about how they come out, they just want their money. i would only recommend if you don’t want something detailed
