Terrible! The nail tech was rude. I was charged $27 for a polish change (not a pedicure) which was very sub par at best. When she quoted me the price her co worker exclaimed “Whoo!” as if she knew that was an outrageous price. After going there for years off & on ( & once contracting a fungus from this establishment) I have finally had enough. I will never return. I understand why it was completely empty when I walked in & they had their coats on. Do better guys!!! Do better!!! Shame on you!!!

This is how I left after 2 different elderly nail techs tried to do my nails. They said I cheated them by not paying full price!! Owner’s brother chuffed out loud when I asked him to inspect then argued with me over how great the work was. I tried to direct them how to fix it along the way. An 8 yr old could do better!! The brother told me I can’t see!! He told me not to come back as if I EVER would!!??!? Rude! But Why so sloppy & gloppy??!! I think $20 for this mess was fair.

I went here for a light pink shellac manicure. The atmosphere was great with jazz music. The manicure wasn’t to my liking really after it dried. It was gloppy a little. They did correct it the next day with no problem. It looks awesome!

Critical: QualityMichelle used to have a great establishment however since losing several nail techs it seems as if she is willing to let anyone work. Just experienced the worst pedicure ever from her new employee who had no idea what she is doing. I am literally looking for another shop to repair the hack job! It is an awful experience of waiting hours as Michelle tries to toggle between guest and instruct her less than knowledgeable employee. Michelle used to have a great establishment however since losing several nail techs it seems as if she is willing to let anyone work. I really wanted to like this place. I got a full gel set (or what I thought was a gel set). The nails were pretty when done. 6 days later, one fell off. By day 8, another fell off. I didn’t have time to go back and get them redone so I waited until I could get all of them done (12 days). I saw the same person and mentioned what happen. Again another beautiful set. 4 days later, one falls off while at dental office. How embarrassing. I went straight to the nail salon and told them what happened. I waited and waited for someone to get to me. Finally I had to leave. I didn’t have time to sit all day. So I won’t be back.

I went to MiMi she was very sweet to me. And she did a great job on both my nails and feet. Due to covid there was a great amount of social distancing and dividers incase you have to sit next to another customer an while they’re doing your nails . There is no over charge everything you pay for is worth exactly that I definitely will be back

1st things first . I REVIEWED the whole area & I did my own research before I went to this establishment. I’m a licensed nail technician & I do not patronize just ANY nail shop . I called a nearby shop before them & the phone call was blah especially since they had to find a tech who was experienced enough to do XL nails [smhh] . How sway? So then I called Le Nails 2 & the phone call was inviting & she was confident in what I specifically asked for . I even made the mistake of going to the prior salon that I called & as I walked in I quickly remembered why I didn’t want to be there. So as I left I googled their location & I walked in . Their hours of operation are 10A & they were open when I walked in at 9:35ish & I was shocked asl & pleased immediately. I thought i needed a whole soak off so I planned on getting a pedicure while I soaked but they were confident that they didn’t need to Soak me. I was uneasy but the pedicure calmed me.& it was good. NOW the nails part of my visit was up & as I sat with Michelle the first thing I noticed was how pleasant she was & how she greeted every single person that walked in & she near damn knew everyone by name. She removed my old nails with her instrument so gently & did my XL nails so well. The shape, length & polish skill was that of a professional with many years experience. & she snatched THE ISH OUT MY EYEBROWS.. thanks Michelle I recommend this shop for everyone including out of town people.
