I am not and was not happy with this place for a full set I was charge 85.00 and they made me pay before they completed my nails they were too big for my fingers to long and the paint job was horrible I told the lady I didn’t like it and she didn’t care at all. I came home and called the manager and he was rude and didn’t care about my concerns or even offered to fix it or even a refund. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE IT IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!!!

The owners here are very unfriendly and not customer focused. They do not have prices listed and expect the customer to understand them when asking questions. Without list prices, it is hard to anticipate and understand. They are not friendly and act as though they do not want business. This is not a one time experience. This is the second time in two different years and the attitude is the same. No spa atmosphere. Owner had phone in background on ballgame and soap opera on television. This is my last visit. Poor customer service.

My nails had been done 2 weeks prior at a different salon so when I went here they refused to do a fill in. He told me I had to get a new set again. He charged 65.00 which is high and he wouldn’t even clean the cuticles or anything. Then when he went to get the other nails off he stuck something under the nail to pry them off which hurt. Every time I jumped he would pull my arm and say oh you be ok. I will never go there again.

My complaint is the man that does the nails, i guess hes like the owner is very bossy. Kinda rude as well. The nails he chose for my fingers i felt were too big. They are not supposed to overlap onto your skin. Honestly, it is definitely not worth the money to me, but i still gave them 4 stars for effort.
