This place is OK if you can’t get in anywhere else. It’s clear that they care more about quantity of customers coming through the door and not the quality of their work. I used them several times for filling and painting my acrylic nails and had several nail techs. What’s clear to me is the lack if consistency and not quite listening to what I wanted. Whenever they filed my nails down they would end up being at a slant. As in, the left corner of all my nails was higher than the right. This happened every time I went. I also requested my nails be filed straight across and they insisted on rounding off the edges even though that’s not what I wanted. In fact the last time I went, one of the nails on my right had was completely rounded while the others were all square with rounded edges. Because they trimmed them all too short there was honestly nothing they could do about it. Getting it repaired was out of the question as they were half an hour behind with their scheduled appointments and there was a lady waiting for her slot behind me. They also tend to file off way too much when “evening out” the side wall. So my nails would be slightly angled in on one side and not the other. They also don’t do any cuticle trimming or pushing which caused my nails to have lifting at the base because they came in contact with my skin. All of the issues I had with them could easily be solved if they would just slow down and pay attention to what they’re doing.

I’ve gone here for years and loved how well my nails come out every time. However, this past appointment was everything but what I expected. The gentleman doing my manicure asked if I pick at my gel nail polish. I replied with a nod. At the end of the appointment he ended it with “happy picking.” As someone who suffers from anxiety and picking at my polish sometimes happens, that embarrassed me and disappointed me. Will not be returning.
