It was my first time at Le Nails today and I absolutely loved it! Unfortunately I didn’t get the girls name who did my nails but she the sweetest person. She didn’t speak much English but still managed to compliment me and was very nice. She did a fantastic pedicure and then absolutely crushed it on my nails!! She had never done ombre before but she killed it. Great job girl!! She was unbelievably nice as was the rest of the staff and all the customers around me seemed to have been going there a long time. Really awesome experience, thank you!!

The first time I came I made an appointment and still waited over an hour for my manicure. I went back for a manicure and pedicure today. The pedicure was awesome, the woman spent a long time on it. The manicure…. Not so great. The same woman began trying to file my nails and take off my old gel. After 20+ minutes she was still trying, so someone else stepped in and took it off in seconds. Then I was given to someone else to paint them. In the end I am left with uneven and bumpy nails.

I made an appointment for a pedicure and ANC. When I arrived, no one greeted me for some time. When I was finally greeted, I was told to “go soak”. I walked back to the pedi chairs where not one of them was clean- they all had “liners” in them and two nail techs who were busy with other customers. Finally one of them realized I was standing there trying to figure out where I was supposed to sit and pulled the dirty liner out of one, put a clean (I hope) liner in and filled it with hot water and went back to what she was doing. The tub itself was never cleaned. When I sat down and looked around, I noticed a dirty dremel tool sitting next to me with a head on it that had been used on someone else, dirty towels and liners on the floor, dust covering every surface, there was a drawer unit that had the drawers open and one busted one just hanging out. Counter tops were cluttered with mess. I waited more than 20 minutes and noticed that the people across from me seemed irritated as well, one asking for warm water put back in her bath because it was now cold. I asked them how long they had been waiting and they stated “1 hour”. It was at this point, I decided to pull my soaking wet, cold feet out of the bath and walk out. They may be short staffed but if that is the case they shouldn’t accept any more appointments on their website.

After only a week of having my nails, they have become discolored and show scratches that are not on the surface. After some research, I found that the problem was an a lack of using the UV drying light. The nails are also bumpy and uneven.

My new go-to place! I get ANC with tips and I am in and out of there in an hour (sometimes less) and the prices are great. I’ve gone to many other places in the area that charge $15-20 more for what I get done here and my nails always look great. Highly recommend!
