One of the best Nail salons in Downey but be sure to come with an appointment. The staff is sweet and take their time. Tip them well because all the ladies deserve it. They are open now and are certified to service clients during pandemic. The prices have increased slightly by about 2 dollars per service. So if you get the “special” pedicure it now $27.

Critical: ProfessionalismThis place is the worst it does not deserve one star. The girls are good but the owner is so rude, disrespectful he lacks customer service I mean he is bad. He looks miserable does not smile when you are there. So let me say this I called Saturday morning to make an appointment for Sunday at 4 pm he refused to give me one he was yelling at me saying that I had one that same day in the morning at 10:30 which I did not he had to of confusing me with someone else. I said Sr. I’m sorry but you are confusing me it got worse I told him you just lost a good customer and he said he did not care. Think twice before you go and leave your money there. I have never been treated this way anywhere I’m in shock.This place is the worst it does not deserve one star. Great place, love their clean and crisp environment. They are always very friendly and attend my every need. Their chairs are very comfortable and clean, love the different massage features. They do have a busy schedule so I recommend calling for an appointment, most of their technicians are excellent about attention to detail. I’ve been going to this nail salon for about 3 years and so far good experiences every time. I love, love the paraffin foot treatment. Leaves my feet soft and hydrated. Parking is a bit hectic but I usually park across the street by Jenny Craig 🙂

First and last time! Beyond horrid customer service especially the man who sits first chair oh what temper pulling on hands and smelling his foul fish breath was simply grotesque! While he screams at staff and displays nasty attitude. His work with nails below average lasting 2 days! Would not recommend at all!

Been coming here for years and even though the staff isn’t the friendliest, they have done great work and never been rude but today that changed. I was a walk in today for a regular manicure and pedicure. The lady that did my manicure placed the soapy water dish to soak my nails, I put my hand in and I guess that’s not what she wanted at the time…she yanked my hand out without even saying anything (strike 1) Then in the middle of my manicure she says randomly “pay now” Which I have never done in all the years going there. I always pay at the counter after and at first I didn’t understand her and she got upset. So the other girl had to say it and I paid but I felt that that was rude (strike 2) everything else was just uncomfortable I tipped them both for there time I felt they deserved it for touching my hands and feet. Though 1 nail has a bubble (I’ll deal with it). I used to recommend them to friends and coworkers…I will never do that again or ever go back to this place. Oh and I almost forgot to mention they sent sent me on my way without even letting my toenails dry by a fan like usual!

I went to this plaxe for the first time. Nails were done great. I hated the nail polish gel color it looked nothing like the actual nails that they show you and about 4 days later i started getting black lines on the gel nail polish. Yes i was rough with them like always. I have got them done at other places and never had the gel polish turn colors like that. I called them and they said they were going to charge me for a whole set instead of fixing the problem.
