Absolutely worst nail salon I have ever been too. Got a manicure and pedicure at this facility and was not only ignored when voicing my concerns, I was charged for service that I did not consent too. When nail tech begin to paint my toes, I had informed her the color she was about to use was not the correct color I had chosen. The nail tech assured me it was the bright pink I had chosen even after she began applying it and it was obviously a dark red. When once again saying this is not the color I had chosen she began to tell me she was going to finish my toenails with this color and then afterwards I can choose what “ different “ color I would want for my nails. When once again asking for my pink she gave me a blue and said the manufacturer filled it with the wrong color. She also did not allow the nails to fully dry under Uv light and told me the dip will dry naturally. They are now squishy and not at all worth the charge. I also asked to have the toenails removed as it wasn’t what I asked for and even though they said they would, I was charged 90$. Horrible horrible place. Attached are the “ bright pink” color screwed up nails.

Thank you!Went a second time as I was in the area…nails done well but prices have gone up and I didn’t get the hand massage they did last time as a relaxing finish…also I was told no leaving a tip by card, only cash tips and since I had no cash was pointed to the ATM they have installed…I spent $2 fee to give a $10 tip…something about the expectation of only cash tips left me a little put offJerry and Michael were both great at their art and were fun too! Gorgeous Nail Bar. Fast service. Great price for men’s manicure. $45 for kids gel powder dip nails. I will update after a week or two to see how my daughter’s nails hold up.

I do not recommend this Nail Salon. Almost 3 years ago I came here for my wedding manicure and it was done so poorly that I came back the morning of my rehearsal dinner to get them fixed. But that was 3 years go, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back to try it again. I paid $60 for the a pedicure just to get home and see that my toe nail polish had completely smudged off. I waited over 30 minutes for my nails to dry enough for them to tell me to put my shoes on. I thought nothing of it. When I got home my nail polish had completely smudged off! I went back to get my nails fixed (again) and and the nail polish was OLD! Like really old. You could see it was goopy and stringy and the bottle barely had any polish left in it. I told her that the polish looked old and she said it was fine. I asked if she could use a different color and she said they would charge me $15 to do that. So I let her continue to paint them with the old polish. 20 minutes later they checked to see if it was dry and my polish smeared again. Instead of offering to fix the whole job they painted over it with a different color! I had spent an hour getting my nails fixed at this point and I don’t have time to have the fix them again so I now have left with the wrong color painted over my smudged nails.

I went in today and was asked what I wanted upon entering the salon, I stated I just wanted gel on my toes( typically a 20ish $ service) the gentleman showed me a laminated paper and asked what pedicure I wanted, I again stated I only wanted gel, no pedicure. He started filing down my nails and continued to do a pedicure, as I would’ve spoken up I deal with anxiety and also wasn’t sure if he was just doing a very basic “pampering” I got done and when I checked out I was charged 60$ and I only had just shy of that in cash on me. I budgeted this small service into my fun money budget and would’ve just went else wear or done it myself if I would’ve known that I wasn’t being listened to not once but twice. I’ve been to this salons on multiple occasions and the last few times it is just too inconsistent for me to keep doing business here.
