Had an appointment at 4:00, received a call at 1:30 asking if I could come at 4:45 instead. I explained that no I couldn’t I had guests arriving for supper at 5:30 that I would just reschedule no big deal. The young girl on the phone told me not to worry about it to come on at 4:00. I asked if she was sure I didn’t mind to reschedule. She said no 4:00 is fine. I arrived at 3:50 and checked in. The girl (same one I talked to on phone) said she would let the pedicure person l know I was there and I could have a seat. She came back a couple minutes later and said it would 45 minutes and they tried to call and could not get ahold of me. I said ummmm excuse me you did call and I spoke to you and told you I could not come in later I had guest coming to my house and you told me not to worry about it just to come on at 4. . She denied being the one who called and adamantly said I did not answer. Great way to treat a first time customer. I would have been glad to reschedule when I talked to them. I would not have wasted my time driving there to turn around and go straight back home. Great customer service. Bold face lie to customer!!!

Terrible salon won’t mention the girl that did my head but she had no clue how to cut and color hair. The problem I think is that they hire right out of cosmetology school I showed her a picture of the cut and another picture of the color. I said can you do this. She said yes it was a very simple cut and highlights. Well I’m all yellow and the hair is a mess. Let me just say you’ve been warned

Think twice about getting your hair done here. The girl doing my hair was in the middle of blow drying and cutting my hair when her mom called and she had to leave because her sister broke her arm. She charged me $80 for a job not complete oh, she took off $35 but I would have been more than happy to pay if she had done my hair completely. The color is not that great and the cut is halfway done. Now I have to wear it in a bun until I can find someone to fix it. Todays my birthday : (

Wonderful. The Salon/Day Spa is clean, pleasing to the eye and warmly inviting. I am here from California to care for my mom. I had no idea where to go or who to see to get my hair colored, highlighted and cut. I found Le Grande Salon & Day Spa on Google as they had high ratings. I called and got an appointment with one of the recommended gals from one of the other reviews. Unfortunately she came down with a bug and I needed to be rescheduled ☹️ My life is in a bit of turmoil right now so that was disappointing. The receptionist, Cynthia ( I hope that is your name because you deserve Kudos) asked if she could call me back. Well, I got a call from the owner, Lori, she apologized and set me up with Brandi…..Boy did I get lucky, she is awesome. So welcoming, made me feel right at ease. She did a wonderful job and now I have a new hairdresser! Thank you to all of you for welcoming me and doing a great job. Next appt. 6 weeks
