I have done perm, color, all the way to Natural hair now and she has kepts my hair growing and healthy through it All!! Her hands are everything!! Referred by my aunts. Complete regret. My hair is now fried, curls gone and rough. My aunt said she charges her $165 for wash, perm, color, cut, straighten so i can’t be charged more? WRONG. She charged me $180 for condition, trim, straighten for my 2 inches of hair. When asked she couldn’t even add up to $180, she just said COVID. Then when she charged my card she says “oh I didn’t charge the extra $6 it was the machine” YOU MEAN THE FEE TO USE THE MACHINE?? How insulting!!! My other aunt hair is down her back and gets charged half. Both my aunts said they would not be returning because they couldn’t believe it! She really took advantage. Can’t believe my hair is now ruined in the process and out a lot of money.
