The entire staff is so welcoming and so professional! I’ve been greeted upon entry for two years, and they’ve learned my color range so well that they can make suggestions when my color choice seems transparent. They respect modesty with a towel for your lap, always have a great conversation, and Annie just encouraged me in my new fitness journey to be beautiful all the way around. Greatness!

My daughter had a gift certificate for a regular mani. She used some birthday money and chose to go for the gel manicure. This was on 7/17. By Friday, 7/20, the polish on 1 nail had come off. Went back 7/21 and and had it fixed. On 7/24, polish on another nail came off. Went back and had it fixed, yet this time the employees seemed rude. Now, 7/27, polish on another 2 nails is off. My 14 year old is very upset. A gel manicure should not be like this within 10 days.

Owner has a horrible attitude. There are only teo employees, so when they are busy the owner tells you to come back tomorrow. Which for my life is an inconvenience. The owner has a nasty demeanor. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else, spend a little more money and be happy. Do not go here it isn’t worth it. I have been going to this place for 6+ years.

WORST experience ever!! I have been going here for over a year without complaint until today. They did my pedicure and had me in line for my mani but took not one but two customers that came in after me. This is a complete lack of respect for my time. Customers should be taken care of in the order that they arrive. You have lost a customer!!

I’m a visitor in the city I stopped at their location the lady Greeted me was nice but when I sat down to get started with my nails the lady that did my nails wasn’t friendly she rushed my nail when she was finished she turned her light out walked to the back..my feeling was hurt because she didn’t help me with my purse to the nail dryer or turn the or made sure the light was on .I will never ever return there my first and last visit.
