Made an appointment for a dip powder manicure. It took the person 45 minutes to try to remove the manicure I had.. I quickly realized they were not proficient in powder manicures so I asked if she would prefer if I got a gel manicure. She said yes. It’s been 3 days and 4 of my nails have chipped, and they are crooked. It took almost 2 hours for the manicure. They should not advertise that they can perform a service if they are not proficient in it. Also they only offered about 12-15 different colors of dip powder.
