The ONLY time I will ever go to any other business, is if they’re extremely busy, which since the services are so amazing, they’re busy more often than not. Krissy makes it a point to get to know her clients and build relationships with them. I have gone to Krissy @ Le Chic for years. The ONLY time I will ever go to any other business, is if they’re extremely busy, which since the services are so amazing, they’re busy more often than not. My husband purchased me a $60.00 gift card for Christmas per my request. I was saving it to get my nails done on vacation. Due to my surprise I didn’t realize it expired in 6 months. It was only a week past expiration and they would not honor. Manager said she would honor half price. Very poor customer service. You recieved your $60.00. And lost a customer whom will never return. Very disappointing!
