I don’t know how to feel about this place. All I have to say is if you fall for charm and wit easily, this is your store. The staff are extremely charming and woo their customers, but try not to be fooled by them. Look past all of their wonderful compliments and see if the product is really worth buying. I went in this store on a girl’s trip and my aunts were completely swept away by the staff. They ended up staying in there for an hour listening to this guy ramble on and on about buying their products. They are very pushy and can become very aggressive after a while. The products themselves are okay. They last for a while, but after that they start to wear off and get very dry, almost like applying a peel off mask. They are okay products, but I wouldn’t say they are worth all of that money. I guess you could say they are very good at their job, but look further into what your actually buying.

This place is a scam … super rude and pushy worker who will get upset if you don’t buy $1.300 cream . They are going to force you to buy $800 cream and if you negotiate with them $800 cream can go down to $200 . They will ask you personally and religious question to get you to buy the item . They probably have to change their name again

This type of store is also in Florida malls. It is an absolute scam, there is no proof that the product is any better than those in department stores.The salespeople approach people stand outside of the stores and try to rope them in . People who live in the Hamptons can to to several more reputable stores for cosmetics or to the cosmetic discount store in Riverhead where Este Lauderdale brands are discounted
