I took my daughter there to get her nails done for her birthday. It was a nice salon and the staff there were friendly as well. I had my eyebrows waxed there. I think they did an excellent job on them!

I should have read the reviews. I picked this place because it opened earlier. They actually didn’t because all of the staff arrived late. There are no nail artists here. They do not like regular polish and will push gel nails, but even then they cannot do any designs. The person who did my manicure was very inattentive. My cuticles were bruised and peeling by the time I left. They did a very bad job just painting 2 colors. I have never been in such an unfriendly salon before. The chair I was in was old and wobbly and did not fit their table, so I had to balance myself the entire time. It was so uncomfortable. Lucky for them, they won’t have customers for much longer, so they can go back to doing whatever makes them late all the time

I’ve been going there for at least 15 years. I used to be a manicurist and I’m picky on how my nails are done. I have never once been unhappy. It’s quite the opposite. This was my first time there, The people were very friendly. But the foot spa tub smelled so bad, like dirty feet. It seems like they don’t clean the foot spas properly. The tools didn’t seem clean either. I ended up getting an infection in my toe. Never going back there again. Again the people were nice! And my toes were cute. But I ended up getting an infection.

Critical: ProfessionalismIt’s a beautiful Thursday morning. I’ve had my nails done here twice before. I come to fashion fair mall to get my nails done today and they’re open at 10. So I walk in with another lady and the ladies there tell us to come back in about 30 minutes. OK no biggie. I come back in about 30 minutes and I’m told to go ahead and sit down and wait and now there’s three ladies. Then the younger lady asked me to wait another 20 minutes for someone else to be on their way. Keep in mind there’s no customers and they are not doing anything. So I asked her again? I just waited 30 minutes and walked the mall a bit to wait. So she says well the other lady is on her way you can either wait or you can leave. So I said excuse me I can leave? I said I know I can leave but the point is I’ve already waited and you guys are open not doing anything. So I said I’m going to leave and I will not be returning. So she said well it’s up to you if you want to wait, which I understand but it’s the way she worded it and I had already been waiting 30 minutes and they’re sitting there doing nothing. And I’m on a time schedule for the next few weeks. So don’t be open if you’re not ready for business. So I told her maybe next time we’re at her words a little bit differently. Called in the morning and they got both me and my mom in that same evening. Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews of this place, tbh. The lady (I can’t remember her name for the life of me) that did my nails was nice and did a really good job. Vince did my mom’s set, and they still look PERFECT almost 2 weeks later. Definitely going back. Our appointment was at 6 and we had to wait a little while but I think it was worth it.

Made sure I seen them put pedicure bags in the tub first before filling it with water. Really appreciated that. Gave an excellent foot massage and was very gentle with my toes.
