I’ve come from the midwest for 15 years to see Bernard who is an artist. I have high standards, and am particular about my hair, Bernard always transforms my look and I always feel beautiful when I walk out of Le Bazaar. I tend to be critical of myself but not when I leave Le Bazaar. I’ve had Dries cut my hair a few times and he is outstanding as well. I highly recommend this salon.

Critical: ProfessionalismNever made it through the door! Dris came recommended by two friends so I called to make an appointment specifically requesting Dris in my first sentence. I was asked had I ever been there and I replied no. I was told he was away and would be away for 10 days but after that he was wide open. I replied I’d wait for his return and was given an appointment. This person took me through the whole process even requesting my Credit Card, which always makes me feel uncomfortable. I was told it was because I was new. I try to understand the concern for no shows so I gave it, although, I have been to some of the absolute best salons in the country and have never had to do that. I was then told that actually, I could NOT see Dris. I would have to see someone else first. I would have to allow someone else to cut my hair before Dris would. What? Is this a policy stated on your website? If it’s his policy, should you have told me immediately upon my asking for him in the first sentence? Her reply “ok, I’ll tear up your Credit Card information”. Tear it up? It’s not in some secure place? I found this entire experience, incredibly unprofessional.Never made it through the door! I’ve been a very happy customer at Le Bazaar for over 3 years now and just have to give them a mention. You are made to feel so welcome from the moment you walk in and they are totally professional in every way. True artists from my wonderful colorist Chrissy and her fabulous assistant Natalia. To the amazing hair designers and stylists in Bernard, Dris and Julian. Always feel fabulous when I leave and get so many compliments from people asking which salon I go too. Terrible customer service, horrible ownership that enables staff to disregard clientele, extremely difficult to book and inconsistent results. After communicating I was unhappy with my results and avoiding asking for a free redo, I called back to schedule a paid appointment and an underqualified receptionist informed me they will not be taking my business as they do not have time to fix my hair… quite the establishment.

Sometimes you see a place and you wonder “self, is the hype real?”, well the hype is certainly real about Le Bazaar. I had my first appointment with one of the owners, Bernard (loveeeeeed him) yesterday and I could not be more pleased with the haircut, the styling, and his approach to the process. I have unprocessed, long hair and the cut simply made my appear healthier and effortlessly simple to style. The island can be a. haughty location at times, but from the moment you enter Le Bazaar the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Every detail and moment is attended to from the lovely receptionist, to Lexi with the amazing shampoing, to obviously Bernard’s unquestionable talent, and even Julian’s questionable loyalties to Man U (#halamadrid) that led to by far the most entertaining salon conversation of my life. Yes, I admit this service is a certainly a treat, but one so worth in value. THANK YOU!

The salon is nice, however, I was charged for shampoo and conditioner that I didnt ask to purchase, a hair treatment that the shampoo girl did not mention she put on my hair, and I was charged for a “long hair” blow out when my friend with longer hair than me was charged for “short hair.” My experience wouldn’t have been so upsetting had the manager returned my call and spoke to me as if I were of any value. When I told the girl at the checkout that I did not purchase procducts she did take it off my bill. For $500, my hair should have been immaculate. It was brassy and not blended well at all. Because of the management and how poorly they handled the situation, I would never recommend this salon to anyone. Rather than argue with your customers, apologize for their experience and try to make it right. I expected more from the people of Palm Beach. My appointment was in December, and I’ve just had my hair fixed from a professional and decided to let everyone know how much happier I am with the experience and result!
