Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism“Don’t judge a book by its cover” If I could give two reviews I would. One for the service and one for the Salon itself.THE SERVICE 5 STARS -The service is incredible! There was so much attention to detail taken with my hair and it turned out exactly what I wanted. As Blonde it can be a hit or miss but I feel like Laurel was attentive professional and friendly. She gave me advice to my specific hair texture and really thought out what would be best for me going forward.THE SALON – 2 Stars (and that is being generous) This place needs some SERIOUS tender love and care. There isn’t clear signage for the salon so it was a little hard to find and the pictures are scotch taped to the windows…so the place doesn’t scream that there are professionals that actually know what they are doing. The interior is clean but BARE empty shelves everywhere and no product that you can purchase. The chairs are really uncomfortable when you have to sit in them for hours, and a but awkward. Laying back to the sink was a bit of a challenge. It also was really uncomfortable when I was laying back to have the color wash out. (And I have thick hair so it was a bit of a strain on my back and neck.) The whole place could do with some decor and maybe more black paint because it feels like it was a hand-me-down salon that no one made women friendly.Again don’t let the appearance drive you away, but if the salon wanted to do more business they might want to spend a little bit more on their presentation.
