I went through five other consultations before I found Dr. Carreon and staff but out of all of them, this was the first time I was made to feel like a person, and they were super accommodating and communicative. From scheduling with Priscilla and her answering my 100 questions, she was still a complete sweetheart and never lost patience with me. Right up to my day of my procedure. Sam made sure I was well informed, answered all my questions, I mean I pretty much felt like I was hanging out with a friend I’d know for a while the whole time. I mean she did see me pretty much naked so she’s my friend now….I guess that goes for the whole office then too because it was a free show. Even when I met with Dr. Carreon right before the procedure she just gave off this aura like everything was going to be okay, super professional and kind. Like she’s honestly a doctor that feels the want to help you on your journey. And she’s worth it. I went through my procedure like a breeze, and for her taking her time I personally don’t remember feeling anything uncomfortable. But It doesn’t stop after the procedure either, Sam called the next day to check on me and answer any questions while going over reminders and even after that when I text she responded keeping me 100% feeling secure. My results are now almost a week out and I’m completely speechless. I never in a million years thought I’d be on track towards the body shape I have today. Dr. Carreon, Sam and staff didn’t just help change my body, they gave back something I thought I’d ever get back. And my husband absolutely loves it and is just as thankful for this team and all the work they did. If you’re having doubts, don’t. You’re in good hands. And ask for Sam as your nurse! She’s the absolute best!

There’s a sign on the door that says you should wait in your car and wait for a text/call to come inside. I was coming to this place to check it out. I got back in my car and called the number found on Google Maps and it went straight to voicemail and then said the voicemail box was full and that I couldn’t leave a message. I will start by saying the staff was really nice and informative about the procedure process. One thing I was never told about was buying the abdominal board for post op it keeps the faja from being uncomfortable and also helps with molding. I’m 6 months and 1 day post op and my results are minimal. I’m completely saddened that I wasted money with this medical group. I feel they took out what they could because I started to wake up during surgery (I felt pulling and tugging and past back out). It was a waste of money I’m still FAT. As the doctor I feel that she should have said lipo wasn’t the right surgery for me and maybe I should get a consultation for a tummy tuck. But now that my faja has been off a few months it looks almost the same as pre surgery. I’m completely sad I didn’t even get atleast 80% of the results I wanted. They only took 1.5 liters and could have taken all 3liters. I feel this place is getting over on people. I’d have no issue going back to get my money worth but after my year post op I’ll go elsewhere. I’m really sad.
