I absolutely love this place! They are so detail-oriented, kind, clean, professional, efficient, and provide the best customer service. I get the dipping powder on my nails and it looks amazing every single time. The pedicure feels great and is not rushed (as I’ve experienced at other places). The location is not particularly close to my house, but it’s 100% worth a little extra time in the car!

Never getting dip nails again, nails feel heavy and I told them and they said that was normal. They look ridiculous, they’re huge and bulgy. I’ll be removing this polish tomorrow. What a waste of $45. Never got a hand massage either.

This place does great work that they overcharge for but I’m ok with that. The problem is every time I come it’s closed. Twice I’ve com to be here when it opens. One lady just came in at 9:20 when the door says 9:00. She only does pedicures. It is now 9:45 and no one else has showed up. The door says Monday-Sat 9:00am – 7:00 pm. They charge so much but can’t get to work on time.

Thought I would give this place another try and again had the same bad experience. They are very disrespectful . They do not engage with the customers however they continuously talk in their language and laugh. They insist on you selecting gel polish which is 12.00 dollars to apply and if you ask that they shape the nails better they charge you 5.00 dollars to do that even though they don’t tell you up front. She was a bit rough and nipped the side of my finger. I will not be back. Way over priced to be disrespected and over charged for a fill.

Went today with a friend and my experience was bad, they overcharged me for shaping and DIDN’T EVEN SHAPE THEM! (I asked for thin coffin nails and she gave me very bulky square nails) I specifically said I did not want gel polish and they gave me gel and upcharted me for it. She was also very very rough with my nails, it hurt a lot and cut me several times.
