Lily and Hannah are absolutely amazing! They always makes sure everything is to my liking before she continues to the next step, and is very patient. Critical: QualityWent there on 11/16/2021, staff was nice, place seemed clean. However, my cuticles were cut in to deep and I started bleeding. Told the technician and she cleaned it. After arriving home and having a closer look I noticed that I had blood on 3 fingers on my left hand and on two fingers on my right hand! I hope I don’t get an infection or anything, something like this could turn into a serious health concern. Went there on 11/16/2021, staff was nice, place seemed clean. However, my cuticles were cut in to deep and I started bleeding. Told the technician and she cleaned it. After arriving home and having a closer look I noticed that I had blood on 3 fingers on my left hand and on two fingers on my right hand! Really really upset and disappointed. I heard good things about this salon and I made an appointment a week in advance and they had to cancel my appointment and move it 2 hours later 20 minutes BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT and were 45 minutes late on starting my nails, so I couldn’t even get my nails done ! I was looking forward to getting them done due to a nail injury and not being able to get my nails done for 8 months and thought I would treat myself 2 days before a wedding :/ now I have to do them myself

Beautiful nail salon and has a relaxing atmosphere. Heather was assigned to me for a pedicure ,& manicure a few weeks ago and she does marvelous work. In the past week, I had a manicure and Heather worked her magic again. Heather is professional in her work and friendly and pleasant.

I’ve gotten dip done here twice and it’s been the best experience I’ve had. Both techs were careful to shape around the cuticle. The nails feel way less bulky than other places I’ve had dip done at. I’ve been able to walk in both times.

I got my nails done for my graduation occurring later in the week. Unfortunately, the next day the soft pink color I put on had turned a yellow-ish color. I called them and they got me in ASAP to correct it. Lily was very sweet and accommodating! I’ll definitely be making her and her husbands salon my go-to place from now on 🙂
