She burnt me when drilling my nails. When she was putting my nails on she put the glue on the top of my nail instead of under. They’re not very tight and feel like they’re gonna fall off.

I go here at least once a month. Every staff is totally different. You’ll get some who can do a good job and do it efficiently and quickly, then you get some who rush through it don’t care if they cut you or hurt you. booking appointments is nearly impossible to guarantee that you get the staff member that you would like. I told the lady tonight to cut my nails short and put tips on them, she cut them short but didn’t put tips on them rush through the whole service cut me multiple times. But the fifth jerk from her cutting me she spoke in their language in an aggressive tone so I’m pretty positive it was about me jerking.

Did a good job on my nails!! I got chrome holographic nails and the man that did them was fast and pretty good, not perfect as usual but I am not complaining lol I’m 100% satisfied with them, and I had my 5yr old son with me and he treated him nicely as well so I will be returning!
