Was not satisfied with the service and was there for ombre fill in. Never put white on just pink so they did not look like ombre when complete. Not shape nails kept hitting my skin when filing. See why prices kept going up no customers. I will start checking reviews before I go to another salon

Lynn has been the only person I would go to for eyebrow waxing for years. She does a great job with waxing but she keep upping the prices. The price went from $8, to $12 to now $15. When asked why she was upping prices she first caught an attitude and didn’t want to answer, but eventually gave a BS answer of “supplies going up” but still uses the same old brush with teeth missing and old bristles, same old wax bowl, nothing she uses is brand new. Also got made when I would ask her to sanitize her materials after using it on a customer before me. No need to be upping prices and the service is not bettering

The price board needs to be in larger print because if I saw where it was $15 for an eye brow wax I would have walked out. This is way too much to pay for an eye brow wax in Macon Ga. In the North they do eye brown waxing for $10. I will not be going back. I’m done because these population of people are getting over on people with all of their poor quality of work.

Do not go here if you value your time. I have now been here twice and every single time, I have had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to come begin my manicure or pedicure. Additionally, they do one thing at a time so pedicure first then once complete, they move to manicure… so inefficient. I spent over 2.5 hours there getting a mani/pedi. I have never had it take that long in my life. I am so upset that I spent money here!!!

This place came highly recommend by my mom. However, I was immediately turned off upon my arrival an hour and 10 minutes before their posted closing time (approximately 4:50) when they turned me away at the door citing their 6pm closing time (at 4:50). In my opinion, if a business owner knows that it would like to close it’s doors at 6PM and wishes not to accept more customers after 6PM, then it should post closing hours of 5PM in contmplation of a 6PM closing. Otherwise, if a customer shows up at 4:50 (well before your posted 6PM closing time) you should a be in a position to accommodate that customer OR change your hours. I really wanted to try this place out based on its decent reviews but have been very disappointed today with it’s inability to accommodate my schedule (within their posted hours).

WORDT NAIL JOB EVER. He tried to do SNS and I swear he’d never done it in his life. I had a fake tip put on and you could clearly see it through the dip powder because it was bent downward. Took almost two hours because he had to redo them. He put a clear coat over SNS?? Then it bubbled and clumped up and I had to get them redone by someone else. Called SEVERAL times to try and get my money back but no one ever answered the phone. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT GO HERE
