I’m new to Harford County and was familiar with the barber shop from going to Offline shoe boutique next door. Showed up on a Suturday at 7pm. I was met at the door by a gentleman who informed me that they were closed. Sign that said “Open” was on and the sign said they closed at 8. Super disappointed! Just looking for a good barber shop, being that I get my haircut every week like clock work.
