They are very nice but unfortunately I had a bad experience. I had a guy do my toes and didn’t paint the whole nail. I asked for another nail tech and they gave me one. However she was busy on her phone and did not give me the service I paid for. Chipped toe nail and still not fully painted as you can see in this picture. I came in and agreed to fix it for me but I can tell they where insulting me because she spoke in her language and laughed at me. How rude.

This is the best salon in Raleigh. I can say this with confidence—I’ve lived here 12 years and have been everywhere. The level of attention to detail and the effort goes above and beyond. They always find a spot for me, always take their time, and make me feel comfortable. The end product is wonderful. I’ve come in with some nasty post-SCUBA or post-camping feet and I’ve left feeling renewed and refreshed. No rush, no packed in generic feeling. This is the real deal. I’ll call out Jenny in this review because she inspired me to write this! Thank you for your wonderful, clean, friendly business.

Critical: Quality, ValueI got my nails done on Friday Afternoon, by Monday morning i have one nail my gel polish is just about completely off. I received a Gel overlay on my nails , eyebrows & gel polish on my feet for all of $78. The shape at first i loved, but now that i look back the shape can be a lot better on my nails . A different lady did my feet and did an AMAZING job. No complaints at all. I would only go back for my feet, nothing else. I got my nails done on Friday Afternoon, by Monday morning i have one nail my gel polish is just about completely off. I received a Gel overlay on my nails , eyebrows & gel polish on my feet for all of $78. The shape at first i loved, but now that i look back the shape can be a lot better on my nails . A different lady did my feet and did an AMAZING job. No complaints at all. I would only go back for my feet, nothing else. However very clean.

This place is amazing! I have had Stephanie do my nails since around 2007-2008 and won’t go to anyone else. She takes her time, does great work, and I am never disappointed when I leave the salon. All the ladies there do, Allison, Kelly and Nancy are all great! From dipping powder, acrylic nails, gel nails, pedicures, eyebrow waxing, they do it all. If you come to this place you will not be disappointed and may have a new nail technician for the next decade just as I have. They will even give you a glass of wine, soda or water while she works. Do yourself a favor and stop in!

This place is amazing! I have had Hoan do my nails since 2011 and won’t go to anyone else. She takes her time, does great work, super humble and an excellent person. I am never disappointed when I leave the salon. If you come to this place you will not be disappointed and may have a new nail technician for the next decade just as I have. I accidentally discovered this salon a few months ago and scheduled an appointment and to my surprise I found out that is owned by a nail technician that I lost contact with after relocating a few years ago. Stephanie does an amazing job. It’s refreshing to reconnect after searching for some time to find a location that offers both Great customer service and amazing results. I highly recommend LB Nails.

I understand that it takes time to do nails. I am also new to the area. I was told there was a 30 min wait. I waited over 1hour and 30 minutes just for her to tell me that it was gonna be extra because my nails were longer. I understand charging extra for nails that are longer but My nails are under a inch long. They close at 7pm and I got there close to 6pm. Bad business. If I was informed this when I first walked through the door I could have caught another nail shop before they closed. I should have known better when she told me she was the only worker there. They deserve 0 stars. Never again will they get any of my time.
