Lauren Smith, owner of LB Boundless Massage LLC. My space is a welcoming for every body. My style of corrective massage techniques combines the precision of cupping for deep healing, the flow of intuition and intentional patience of Myofascial Release. Sessions include a warm towel under the neck and peppermint essential oil for the feet. Treatments are custom to goals with modalities such as Cupping, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic Massage, Sports stretching to increase flexibility or a deeply relaxing Swedish and Prenatal massage. I’m passionate about helping people find comfort in their bodies so they can do what they love freely and to promote holistic wellness in our community. I’m eager to help you on this journey back to wellness!

I’ve been to more massage therapists than I can even list. Lauren is by far the best. She is very in tune with your body and what it needs to release some tension. I lift heavy 5 days a week; so I utilize her for what I would call a sports massage. She knows exactly what I need every time to loosen up my stiffness. I’ve also had her provide me with a more therapeutic experience that is less aggressive on my muscles and she had me sleeping on the table on more than one occasion. I highly recommend her services.
