Will is professional, respectful, and courteous. I am newer to massage and immediately felt at ease. He greeted me at the door and services began shortly after. He ensured I was comfortable throughout the service without disrupting my relaxation. The spa is clean and the sound machine and atmosphere put me into the appropriate head space. I have only gone to big chains prior which had me feeling like another number on their list. Will personalized the experience to suit me as an individual.
