I usually come here because they are better than other nail salons. But yesterday will be the last time I come here. I was charged $60 for a french manicure because they used different color nail polishes for the french tip. It wasn’t even gel polish. I didn’t even get tips and my nails aren’t even long, they’re short. The lady did put acrylic over my natural nails. I asked the guy if the price was correct and he said yes because the different colors are a design! I would have been ok with the price if she had used color acrylic powder. My daughter has gotten long coffin shaped nails there and was charged $70 which I can see why because of the length. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I just had one of the worst experiences here. I usually get my nails done here and was excited to bring my friend with me tonight. We were sat down at a table immediately and were given bowls to soak our nails off. We soaked for over an hour before anyone paid any attention to us. We were ignored. Neither lady asked us what we wanted. I asked for short acrylic nails, and got long solar nails. She asked for long acrylic and got short solar. After one nail was done, she asked if she could get tips added on to make them longer like she asked for and was told no. The lady doing my nails was extremely rough and made the inside of my thumb bleed. She never asked if the length was okay, and I ended up with a bubbled, crooked, rushed set. She was also on FaceTime most of it and looked through Facebook off and on. It took three hours for the two of us to get our nails done, and neither for what we wanted, but the shop was closed when the women were done and rushed us out. After we paid, we realized we were charged different amounts for the same services. I was charged for take off, and she was not. We were rushed out of the shop so they could close, even though we were there hours beforehand. It was expensive, and I left bleeding and unhappy. I will never be coming here again.

Tiffany and Honey both took great pride and care in giving my husband and myself pedicures in August after we returned from our vacation. My husband and I both went in recently hoping for a repeat service and neither Tiffany nor Honey were available even after scheduling with Tiffany (and we’re told Honey was on vacation) and it showed in our poor pedicures. Going forward if either of these ladies are not available, I will pass.
