LOVE LOVE LOVE! Warm and welcoming place with the nicest owner and amazing hairstylists. When you walk in you are immediately greeted and offered a beverage. The atmosphere in this salon is a 10/10. The salon is decorated so nicely. Hairdresser Lyza was absolutely amazing, super accommodating, and most importantly very knowledgeable and professional. She explained everything she was doing and made me feel comfortable and confident. Overall such a good experience and I will be returning!

I’ve gotten my hair cut by Lyza on numerous occasions. I’ve had glazes and blowouts done by her as well. Every time I walk out feeling like a new woman. The premises are so beautiful and clean. I love this salon! There is an awesome coffee bar and I LOVE coffee! I highly recommend services by Lyza.

I am so happy I found this salon. I moved from Hoboken, NJ to Wayne, NJ in 2020. I found a salon for trims that was just okay. Wanting to find a salon I loved I stumbled across Layers Salon. I have now been twice and had Sarah as my stylist both times. She is energetic and so sweet wanting to make sure you leave her services feeling beautiful. I went in yesterday for a haircut and glaze. My hair is so soft and the products they use smell so damn good. I need to go back and buy the leave in conditioner. I told Sarah I was going to dinner that night and she spent extra time to make my blow out extra voluminous and cute! I am so happy I found Sarah and this salon. Everyone is so nice and they do great work! I think next time I will add a few highlights to my service. I wish I took a photo yesterday to share!

I was looking for a last minute haircut and desperate to find a new spot and am so glad that I came across layers. I was able to get a same day appointment with Natalie and she was so incredibly sweet and gave me a great haircut. I also ended up getting a handwritten post card a week later from her which was a nice gesture. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning!

I’ve been coming to this salon for a little bit of time now and I’m absolutely pleased with the outcome of every visit. Natalie, one of the hair stylist at this salon, is who I meet with and she always exceeds my expectations. She’s super friendly, along with all the other staff members, and is easy to talk to. The first time I ever went to see Natalie at the salon, I knew I wanted to do something with highlights, but I was highly unsure of how it would turn out, since sometimes they can look very unnatural. I told her exactly what I was thinking, along with my concerns, and she was able to bring it to life way better than I ever expected. I always get compliments from my family, friends, and coworkers on my hair. Natalie always leaves it looking healthy and fresh. She’s very talented and she 100% made me love my hair again.
