Layers is amazing! I have been going to this salon for many years for my cut and color. They always do such an amazing job and my hair always looks exactly how I ask for it. I took a long break from coloring my hair during COVID but when I went back to get highlights my stylist did exactly what I asked for and I could not be more pleased. This salon is one of the best in Richmond!

She helped me learn why my hair does certain things and she helped me get a cut that met my needs. She was sociable and easy going. Absolutely love my experience there. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience there, it was the first time I decide to make a change on my hair, I got the appointment with Jess and I ask her to trim just a little bit of the ends of my hair and then she cut me like 3 inches but the worst part was that I ask her for a balayage, I even show her a photo of what I was looking for and I end getting just some highlights.

I applied for a position at this location. I was very unhappy at how when I called back to check on my application. The two mangers told the receptionist to tell me they would call me if they need me. I try my best to say it’s not about skin. But that’s how I felt. Even if you didn’t see me as a upcoming hire, there’s a friendly way of saying and doing. I have been in the industry certified for a year now.
