Great experience reasonable price. The facility was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. I show the braider a picture of the style I wanted from Pinterest. She duplicates the style exactly like the picture. The owner is really fast she completed 2 people while I was getting my hair done. You can’t go wrong going here to get your hair braided.

When they follow through with appointments, your hair looks great. The downfall is they are unprofessional as hell. Will text and then stop texting, never to reply. Will be late to your appointment as if you are on their time. I live nearby, but I drive an additional 35 min to get my hair done now Braids

Very unprofessional and disturbingly rude, & in front of my 13 yr.old daughter. There is no Business Ethics at all, when communicating with customers, and answering common hair questions. I would have went through with her services if she was not so aggressively rude. We are Christians,” so we just left her establishment & to Never Return. I went in to get my hair braided and waited two hours. When I finally got in the chair I was told they could not wash my hair. They said the sink was broken. But I specifically stated I wanted my hair washed. They also increased the price for the style $30. Because I have longer hair but the picture showed exactly what I wanted.

This establishment is listed as opening at 9am. My appointment was set for 9:30am. I arrived at 9:25am and the door was still locked. At 9:30am I called them the owner told me that her braider was on the bus and would be there shortly. She also reminded me of my appointment time and I respectfully reminded her that it was 9:30 leaving out the fact that her Google Search list her as opening at 9am. Shortly after our talk the braider walked up with much attitude. Upon walking into the shop the smell was horrible. Not trying to gross anyone out but it smelled horribly of poop. There was no apology for her being late and there was no introduction in eight hours. My hair turned out okay but it wasn’t worth the 180 charged. I tipped her seven dollars because I felt uncomfortable not giving anything. The braider also took several breaks. I would not recommend.

Great experience . My 9 year old was able to sit through box braids with no complaints of tight braiding…and for her that says ALOT about the experience of the braider (Arame). She did an amazing job. Braids are neat and all the same size. Will definitely come back and will recommend!!!!
