I have to review this place… My god this women called me the day of my appointment to tell me that could no longer meet by appointment time and I would have to take a later time. The time available was 4:30. High traffic time from downtown LA to studio city. It took my 46 minutes to drive there. I called before I took and said I would be 10 minutes late. They said that would be fine. I arrive at about 4:36 and could not for the life I’d be get the parking meter to work properly. I arrive at the appointment 3 minutes after I said I would and they said I’m sorry we can no longer take you. !!!! I just said okay and walked out, I’m so glad I’ve learned patience in my life because a tech was sitting there in the lobby just relaxing on her phone. A 3 minute difference !!! After I get my second wax I will never come back to this place !!!

This place is great. The customer service is on point, it is clean and stylish and on top of that the prices make it affordable for anyone. They offer bundles, memberships, single purchases etc. I started coming here with a Groupon and have yet to find a place that can compare. Love this place!

Incredibly friendly aestheticians. Shana was pleasant and talked me through my first time sugaring. It was a painful process as I had never had any sort of waxing done before. She was as gentle as possible and went at a comfortable pace. I am very happy with the end result. The rooms are warm, clean and cozy. Everything looks sterilized, which I think is super important.

Ive been coming here a very long time and lately they’re customer service has fallen severely short. They’ll make you wait 10 minutes after you’re appointment but if you’re late they’ll reschedule you when you arrive. Why not call your client to reschedule instead of making them drive there and pay for parking. Rude!

I went in had a wax done on the deal for 2 for $50 no one at the front desk told me I only had 45 days to redeem it or I would not have rescheduled then we I did for later that month with someone In which when I called back she didn’t even reschedule it and put my name in the calendar although she said she did and I was good to go, I only found it because I called the day before my appointment in which they said I didn’t have And I couldn’t redeem my second one because it was past which I had no knowledge of . And there was nothing she could do for me .
