I had the opportunity to schedule an appointment for brows with Lavonne Beauty on 7/12 so I thought. Come to find out even though I input my info from the link on her ig I some how missed a step and the appointment never populated. Anyway, I showed up and buzzed her at the safe entry door of the establishment and she still obliged me even though she was confused as to why I was there without an appointment. 🙂 She swiftly still took excellent care of my needs and gave me the full beautiful brows that I always desire, but seems difficult to achieve! Lavonne was just so excellent and never missed a beat with my impromptu pop up! It did not hurt that I have worked with her once before when she created an effortless classic makeup look on me for a modeling event in Nov. 2021 so it was also, great to catch up with her! I LOVE my brows! Lavonne is so knowledgeable and she absolutely knows what she’s doing. She made my very thin brows look great! I had the dermaplaning and facial. It was my first time doing dermaplane and my first time visiting Lavonne. It is the BEST facial I’ve ever had. Where do I begin? LaVonne is amazing. With our wedding being in Arkansas and us living in Washington, DC is was quite hard to find someone with a diverse, luxury portfolio that worked with minorities. From start to finish, I would give her an 11/10 lol. The introductory call helped answer all of my questions, our emails went through a portal so we could review as we planned our wedding for 13 months. I had 6 bridesmaids and everyone was wearing different styles (bob, slicked back ponytail, high ponytail, braids, etc) and her team delivered all services plus the two mothers and myself within 4.5 hours. That was hair and makes up for everyone! When we did bridal trial, I found one I needed more of a matte look and when she completed my makeup for the rehearsal dinner and wedding, it was flawless! Actually better than expected. She also gave my eyebrows TLC and had my lashes looking amazing.
