Gia and David are amazing! Gia listens and gives ideas if you need them and is just so skilled! David was so great matching my nail color to my toe polish color. (I went in for a hard gel manicure and went back for a pedicure the next day.) This is my new nail salon after trying a few others. I highly recommend it!

I have been there twice now and the service is great. It’s not overcrowded and the technicians are professional while being friendly. The customer service is awesome. I went there as a walk in the first time and I was scheduled for a few hours later to get the horrible gel manicure i had gotten somewhere else removed. The technician Dani is awesome. She listened and made sure i was satisfied with everything she did. Needless to say, the gel manicure lasted and i went back again to get another one. I always said I wasn’t sure if i would find a nail salon that provides the service I desire but i think this is the one. I’ll definitely be returning to this location. Thank you Dani for an amazing service always.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI got a gel manicure on my real nails (which are always chipping and breaking) 5 days ago and it still looks just the way it did when I left the salon – beautiful and I can’t stop staring at my nails!! My nail tech was Kim Anh – I was in a hurry and before starting, she said it would be done in an hour and a half. She finished RIGHT on time, in fact even a couple minutes earlier!! She was so sweet and asked me if I liked my nails every step of the way – leaving no room for dissatisfaction. I attached a pic of the long nails I showed her as a reference as well as a pic of my own nails, which I liked even better than the reference pic!! I was honestly excited to try this nail salon especially since their ratings are pretty high. Friendly staff and nice salon! However, I must say the nail tech that worked on my nails seemed unskilled in all areas. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and this was my worst experience of all. As soon as I walked out of LAVO door, I had to immediately return to get my nail design fixed by a different tech. Absolutely no shine to my nails, filled my nails extremely thin, the nail polish job looked sloppy, and so on. I was extremely displeased. And now venting here, since I’m on day 6 with 2 broken nails. I asked for a pink gel fill in with design, got an entire mess on my nails. I will never step foot in this place! Please do better LAVO! Thank you!

I’m a first time customer here and I was very impressed with the cleanliness and use of sterilized tools. I sat in a massage chair and enjoyed a Shiatsu up and down my back while my feet were in the warm water prepping for my pedicure. It was a relaxing experience from my fingers to my toes. I have gotten 2 manicures here and am so happy with the results. I have tried a bunch of different salons for UV Gel tips and they always came out bad. Michael at Lavo Nail Lounge got it right the first time! The design I have gotten lasted the full time and I got so many compliments. The salon is always clean and they make sure that you love your nails and that the length, shape, color, design are what you want. They have a client for life now!
