I dropped my daughter off and we were running late due some construction on 394. My daughter texted the young lady while I was driving, whom I do not know personally, to let her know we were running late. She texted her back and she did say that she couldn’t take her because she was beyond the 15 minute grace period. My daughter offered her more money for her inconvenience. The young lady declined. When she said that we were right there in the parking lot. I got out to explain we were stuck in traffic that was barely moving., which we did not expect to run into, and to see if there was any possibility that she could take her. There was only one young lady in the shop. I thought she was the one who was doing my daughter’s hair. I explained everything to her. She said tell her come on. So my daughter came and the young lady began braiding my daughter’s hair. This turned out to be the assistant of the young lady who my daughter made the appointment for. About an hour later the young lady comes in and per my daughter rolling her eyes and neck and looking at my daughter a very nasty way. She totally over reacted and was very unprofessional all she had to say is that I am still not taking. All the dramatics was not necessary. It was a misunderstanding and could have been handled much differently,

Critical: ProfessionalismThe hair stylist Alyse was very rude. I was a little late due to my grace periodt because of traffic and she wasn’t understanding of that . Cancelled on me at the last minute. I got to the appointment and she wasn’t even there so she lied to me while I was on the road. She came in rolling her eyes at me and insulted me . She made me completely uncomfortable and instead of talking to me like a grown women she was being ignorant. I will not be back to this shop I’m very disappointed. And if she wasn’t going to take me in why did the assistant offer to braid my hair my mother had a talk with alyse assistant and she said she understood the trafffic yes I was late but the rudeness is not necessary you have a great holiday with you’re down scale shop goodbye !The hair stylist Alyse was very rude.
