I had a very bad experience here. I came for eyebrow threading and upper lip. I was extremely rushed even though it was completely empty when I came in. I was not greeted and was not thanked for my tip. Two ladies came in while I was there and they were greeted however. I don’t know the persons name who did my eyebrows/upper lip but she looked Indian. I also asked her to fix it up once she said she was done and she did not. I was very rushed. Bad customer service!!!!!!

Personally I like Roshni, she does awesome job with bikini wax, the other Nepali girl didn’t do my buttocks, most of the ladies were unprofessional and unexperienced so why did they hire them. Having professional people is priority for good happy custom service.

extremely INEXPERIENCED and UNPROFESSIONAL! The lady who did my eyebrows was in such a hurry to close, and i was there at 7:30 and they close at 8:00 pm, she told me i was done when I could clearly see hair all over. I asked her to thread some more since i was not happy with the way she did it. She then proceeded to thread hair from the where the eyebrow starts, leaving me with a patchy eyebrows, worse than how i had come in. She also cut my eyebrows leaving me with a zigzag shaped eyebrows. If she was in such a hurry to close the store, she shouldn’t have taken a customer. SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE.

Since I started getting my eyebrows threaded about 10yrs now, I have always gone to Sarita. Was going to their old location on 82nd & loved it, but I must say that this new location is so much better. The atmosphere, the aesthetic is great. Roshni & Sarita are just so lovely & sweet. They make sure to take care of you & make it a wonderful experience. I recently started doing the eyebrow tinting & I absolutely love it !! Highly recommend this place!

The facial stream was so close to my face that the steam went up my nose. When the lady did the extractions, she literally dug the tool into my nose roughly and lastly I had my face kneaded like dough for 10 mins as the ladies talk over my head the whole time. I went to get my eyelashes extension a week ago. She put an extremely amount of glue that I couldn’t close my eyes. It’s painful. I had to take them down the very first day and now I have few of my own eyelashes left. Worst place to go and terrible customer service.

Sarita is so friendly and sweet! Waxing will always hurt a little but my experience here was great. Way less painful in comparison to other places I’ve been to and she still got the job done.
