I’ve been getting my hair done by Jessica since I was around 12 years old, and couldn’t imagine going to anyone else! I love her new salon and all of her staff everyone is so friendly and talented! I always look forward to my hair days at lavish! I also just received a chemical peel from skyler and it was the best thing I ever could have done my skin is glowing! Anytime my friends or family ask I always refer them to lavish!

Let me first start by saying I’ve been here 3 or 4 times and always see the same person, never an issues.. always left happy. Until today, I don’t think I’ll be back. I told her I wanted to change the undertone from red to purple and she just stared at me like I was bothering her. Then I asked her about in the future doing some highlights to add dimension and she said well we probably shouldn’t die your hair if you just want it lightened later that’s way more work you’re creating for me. I’ll glaze it. (I have no idea what that means) By the time the color was done SHE said I’m just going to trim it. I didn’t even mention the cut I wanted because she was rushing through everything and I felt really bad like I was an inconvenience. She cuts it, asks no questions about how I style my hair.. just starts doing whatever she wants. Then she says “your hair is really flippy today” with my follow up of “well you did just blow out my curly hair” $179 down the drain and my forehead is covered in die! Which she blamed on me because I’m going gray I hope my weekend goes better because I almost left here in tears. Also not sure why.. but my scalp is bleeding and I can still see the gray ♀️

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueCame in for my first visit here and saw Hilary. She’s wonderful!! My hair was super long and dead and I was ready to chop it all off. She gave me such a nice haircut. It’s exactly what I wanted and she made sure to check in with me about length since cutting almost a foot of hair off can be super scary! I felt totally comfortable and am soo excited to go back for some summer highlights. I live in Holyoke and will 100% drive to Greenfield to go here again. Absolutely love it here! The ladies who run the place here have amazing talent at coloring and cutting hair!! Whether you want simple highlights to silver hair or even crazy colors they can do it and they do it so well. Both ladies are super friendly and knowledgeable of what types of products to use, after care and options if you are unsure of a certain style. Best place for a haircut or color!
