Critical: QualityI’m not sure if the lash tech is unaware or being manipulative to clients but I booked an appointment for lash extensions and received individuals. The way she taped my eyes had me skeptical within five minutes of lying down. It was like she just put the tape on to make it look like she was doing extensions. The tape was not secure and she barely placed one piece under the eye. I right away asked her to clarify was I getting lash extensions and she assured me I was. She placed each lashes underneath my eyelashes and from experience I knew I was getting individuals instead of extensions!! Within 25 minutes she was done. The only reason I paid was because I was going out of town that night and really needed lashes. I also knew I should have stopped her right away when I felt like she wasn’t applying lash extensions regardless of her assuring me I was. This is not in anyway a business bash. However reviews are important for consumers to be informed. If you utilize this company make sure you are getting what you pay for. The way she taped my eyes had me skeptical within five minutes of lying down. It was like she just put the tape on to make it look like she was doing extensions. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueOkay so I went in thinking I was going to get someBomb lashes… that was not the case. She taped my eyes very lightly which I thought was weird, and it took like 20 mins to apply which I thought was weird as well. I went in for a classic full set which is 75$ and she over charged me 85$, and whatever glue she was using was super strong I wouldn’t open my eyes they were burning and watering for a good hour. And the same day I got them done they started falling off it’s been about 3 days since I got them done and half of them already fell off. She was super unprofessional talking on the phone while she was doing my service and was being aggressive also the area where they do the service isn’t the cleanest, she grabbed my hand and put the fan on my chest to holdAnd when I was done she kinda forced me up off the table… also closing my eyes hurt! It felt like pins and needles whenever i blinked or went to close my eyes to sleep. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityThe area where you get your lashes done is very dirty. She has been late, will answer her phone while working on you. Then when I had an appt she canceled 20 mins prior to my appointment when I had an event the next day! Also, while she may be fast & cheaper than most my lashes come out in clumps and have taken many of my natural lashes with it. After her recent cancellation I won’t be returning. So unprofessional. The area where you get your lashes done is very dirty. She has been late, will answer her phone while working on you. Then when I had an appt she canceled 20 mins prior to my appointment when I had an event the next day! Critical: QualityI paid 90.00 w the classic eye lashes and eyebrows and I woke up the next day and lost half of my lashes so me being me I went back the next day and they did them over I woke this morning and they all were off.
