Kelly did a wonderful job on my volcano pedicure; she really worked her magic on my feet and legs that i fell asleep in the chair! And Thi (Tina) made my nails nice and neat and short. She didnt take long at all and I was happy with the choice of colors for my nails….My husband enjoyed a deluxe “volcano pedicure” here for his birthday. He said that the pedicure felt so amazing, that his feet and legs felt like he was “walking on clouds”. This is very clean, and beautifully detailed salon; staff is very polite, professional and helpful in choosing the type of pedicure you want. They have a handheld menu & laminated card that shows all the different types of pedicures/services offered. My husband paid about $60 for his pedicure and it was very well worth every penny. He is on his feet for over 10hrs. a day so this volcano pedicure made him feel so relaxed & refreshed. He can’t wait to come back here again! Went in today for a mani/pedi and was seen right away. Didn’t get the name of my tech but she was sweet and worked hard. Unfortunately the quality is not there. The polish doesn’t cover the entire nail and is bumpy, one of my fingernails is filed jaggedly, and there is a rough spot in the polish of my big toe that is scratching me. At first I thought it was because instead of taking me to a mani station she did the mani while I was in the pedi chair, stretching my arm across my body but when I look at my toes they don’t have full coverage either. Some nails are shiny and some are shiny and matte. A disappointment considering I spent $114 not counting the tip and it’s worse than me doing it myself. She got the gel polish and stones off from my last mani so I guess I paid for that. I have a family function this weekend and no time to redo my nails. Two stars because she did try but it really wasn’t worth it.

NOT even worth it!!! I basically just paid $80 for a polish change and some lotion. By the way it’s $20 up charge for gel!!! I’ll tell you now bc they won’t until you’re at the register! I’ve been getting gel for YEARS and that’s the biggest upcharge I’ve seen. She didn’t even trim my nails, get to my ingrowns, none of the regular, basic pedicure etiquette. Huge waste of money, what a rip off!!! When I asked about it at the counter she said “oh, I’ll talk to her about that.” Will not be back.
