Critical: ProfessionalismWorst pedicure in my life!! The women (Trina) who made my pedi, did not speak any English (maybe 10 words in total). I’m not native speaking either but come on, at least learn the basic about what the customer requires which is not much! Had to tell her to cut the skin around it more and the sides on my nails, when she put the gel it was transparent and she continued painting the other nails, I wanted a bright blue and I’m not color blind. I had to tell her to call someone who speaks English because she didn’t understand that this was not the right color. Finishing my nails there was a blank spot on my nail bc the gel apparently didn’t want to stick, so I had to tell her twice that the spot is still white. She didn’t scrub my feed either. I told the woman on the desk what happened and asked if she was new and they said no, so I don’t understand why people like this work there. $70 for nothing.
