To day I went to this salon to pick up my sister. When I saw her she is very sad and disappointed. My sister is very calm going and very respectful person. I don’t know what happened when I asked her she explained me whole thing. My sister made appointment for both hair cut and conditioning but due to short window of time for hair stylist they only did conditioning with out drying her hair and they didn’t said that they are only doing conditioning to her. They simple welcomed her into salon and did conditioning and said we are done and charged 50$ for conditioning( Initially it was 60$ for both haircut and conditioning). When my sister asked them they are very rude and said we have another appointment to take care also they blame my sister for coming late. If she is late why did they welcomed her at first. because we can reschedule it for tomorrow or else we can cancel it. There I was confused and literally shocked as they are service provider they need to take care of their costumers and need to provide full service to each and every one with out any difference, because they welcomed her to get service. She waited for more than 10 minutes with her wet hair at the counter to discuss what was wrong and they simple said we don’t have enough time for you and blamed her aging with very rude manner. As a brother seeing my sister in such condition it made me angry. My sister was humiliated in-front of everyone and didn’t get fair service what she paid for. I don’t recommend this salon personally to my friends and family and I am calling each and every fried to make sure they never make appointments aging with them.

I was in the area, and a friend of mine mentioned that I should stop by the boutique and drop off some of my product samples. Wow, was I impressed! Not only is the shop extremely well stocked with adorable selections, but I was greeted and helped by some of the nicest women. I mentioned that my daughter had just gone off to college for the first time, and they just took me by the hand (metaphorically, of course) and led me through some amazing selections that were absolutely perfect for the care package I was putting together. We had a great conversation about supporting local, and overall I just had an amazing experience. Whether or not they decided to carry my products, I will definitely be back to shop!

Kora is awesome! I love it. She has great customer service, and does wonders with hair. Check her out on IG at #fancyhaircreations The salon has a boutique at the front and they sell purses, earrings and more. Pretty modern and clean. People are nice there.

Every time we have moved it’s been hard to find someone who will cut my hair the way I want it. I like a short layer that doesn’t feel safe to any stylist I’ve ever started out with but always looks amazing if I can get them to do it. I saw Alyssa at Lavish and she was hesitant at first to do it at first simply because she really wanted me to love my cut and thought I wouldn’t like it if she did the short layer. I talked her into it and we started out a little longer and she worked up until it was where I wanted it and I love it! I’m so grateful she worked with me, listened to me, and was willing to take the risk. Seriously it looks amazing and I will be going back. I like a short layer that doesn’t feel safe to any stylist I’ve ever started out with but always looks amazing if I can get them to do it. Critical: ProfessionalismAwful experience with Amber. She cancelled on me twice. I don’t understand why people don’t want to make money. Lol, was more than willing to drop about $250 just now on my hair touch up….but okay. The girl that did my hair before her (who is no longer there, took me in as a new customer no problem. (And I just scheduled my appointment two days before that said appointment.Also, Amber literally called me the day of my first appointment and said I shouldn’t have scheduled my appointment online because she doesn’t know my hair….I scheduled it two weeks before the appointment, ma’am!
