I called and booked an appointment over the weekend and had it scheduled for today at 5pm. Thankfully I called because I had not received a confirmation of my appointment and that just seemed odd with me being a new customer. Turns out my appointment was canceled for no reason with no contact. I was supposed to be with Alisha(if that’s the correct spelling). I have to say for customer service this is a bad taste in a potential customers mouth. I do not intend to use this business and I believe they need to think about who they employee and how they communicate.

We absolutely loved our experience here! My man decided after 3 years of growing his hair out that he wanted a change. Being semi new to the area, we didn’t want to go to just anyone. After reading through tons of reviews we made an appointment at Drift with Laura. She was super sweet and the atmosphere in the salon was very comfortable. She took her time and made sure he got exactly what he was wanting! We will definitely be coming back! Two thumbs WAY up!! THANK YOU LAURA!!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI recently had an appointment, and after sitting in the car (you are not allowed in the building unless they invite you in) for over 30 minutes in 20 degree weather, I decided that was enough. I followed all the protocols they required and still did not get in for a haircut. I followed all the protocols they required and still did not get in for a haircut. The new owner is terrible. He asks rediculous things from his stylists, had a ludicrous dress code requiring heals for all stylists, despite the fact that they are on their feet for hours on end. The vibe is snotty and high end, perfect for South side, however the atmosphere is not friendly. Would not recommend

So impressed. My daughter and I were “walk-ins” at the end of a day and at a busy time and we were both fit in and welcomed. We both got great cuts and taken care of. On top of that the salon is cute and clean.

I love this place. I don’t remember the name of the lady who did my hair but she was absolutely hilarious. Not a dull nonevent moment was spent there and I was there for hours. 10/10 recommend. I will be returning there to redo my highlights.

i recently went in for an eyebrow wax that i got off groupon. the energy was great but the work done on my eyebrows was HORRIBLE the lady took half my eyebrows off!!! i have rarely NO hair. one eyebrow is SUPER arched then the other. people have even commented on the horrible job done on my eyebrows. and how noticeable the high arch is on the left then the right on top of that during the wax the lady got some of the wax on my hair. it was HORRIBLE and im really upset with the results. ive had people mess up on my eyebrows before but not as bad as this. im really angry about the results it was NOT worth 10 bucks
