Pretty disappointed that none of my perm took … Several hours after the perm …. My hair is straight again …not only that but my hair continues to fall out I asked the cosmetologist if my hair is going to fall out and she lied to me they’re supposed to be telling you the truth if you ask questions like that. But that wasn’t the case we paid $140 or just a haircut literally they did the perm twice and told me my hair wasn’t going to come out and breaking all these things now it’s extremely hard for me to grow my hair out. Do not go here cuz there are not going to obviously tell you the hard truths that a cosmetologist needs to tell you

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI pre paid Andrea Stewart to do my hair in may to help her out during the COVID 19 pandemic wasn’t scheduled untill June 20 she texted me last minute to cancel because she was going to be out of town. She rescheduled me for June 26 and canceled 30 mins before my appt when I had already left work for this appointment she said “I will just refund you since idk when I will be able to squeeze you in” just so unprofessional and rude. I previously had a bad experience at jcpenny salon, ended up with red highlight witch was not wat i wanted watsoever. So went in to Salon Sassafyde and made an appointment with Fabiola and omg she did an awsome job, i cant stop smiling. I never thought my hair could look dis good. I absolutely love it.
