Im from out of town and needed somewhere to get a blowout for my wedding rehearsal dinner. I found Lavish on Google and couldn’t be more happy that I did! I saw Suzy and she was wonderful, super welcoming and kind, and made my hair look amazing. Upon entering the Salon, it is very cozy and comfortable. I had an appointment with Katie and apparently there was a glitch in the computer system and my appointment was not listed. However, I still had the text confirmation they sent me when I made the appointment. Katie was very accommodating and told me to come in a little earlier and she would fit me in. She apologized and I told her it was ok things happen. I was just glad she could still fit me in. As I was waiting for my appointment here it ended up that her appointment was a no show so it actually worked out in my favor. All the girls there came up and apologized for the computer glitch and I really appreciated it. Katie was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about how to go about my hair because I have very thin hair. The color came out looking absolutely awesome and I would definitely recommend this salon for their awesome service and cozy atmosphere. I can’t wait until my next appointment!!

Nikki is the best!!! Makes you feel extremely comfortable for first timers or if you’re a repeated customer. Highly recommend for a sugar wax regardless if it’s under pits, lips, chin or your private area.
