My daughter and I got a full set of powder dip nails with the extensions for her birthday, within a day they were popping off and within a week they were all gone. They are rude, rush you through the service, and talk down to you like your a child. I will never return and will not recommend to anyone else. You’re a customer service industry, you should be kinder to those coming into your establishment.

I would have given 5 star but front desk is less than helpful.Diane is AMAZING…we stayed in Lakewood Ranch for a month and got my dip done by Diane….here I am back in VA knowing the best nail girl is out of my state! I went here from out of town, I wasn’t happy with my color and went in just to get a color change. I was short on time and asked how long and I was in a pinch of time. They said no problem and took me back right away. The lady put acetone on my (obvious acrylic nails) which took all the acrylic off. They then tried to blame me for the “confusion”. I told them I just got a fill the day prior and only wanted a color change. They proceeded to set me down (I am now late) and have a new lady put overlay in my nails. She knicked my skin so much, I have scabs now on my skin and my thumb is sore 5 days later. On top of that they charged me for the overlay (THEIR mistake) overall my “color change” was $90. Never will go back. Worst service ever. If I could give no stars I would.

I have lived all over the US and Diane is by far the BEST nail technician! She is meticulous and always takes her time. She shows you a sample of the color you choose to ensure you’ll be satisfied. Because she is excellent her schedule stays full, so book your appointment in advance, she’s well worth it!
