Critical: QualityI don’t know what happened to this nail salon!! Previous experiences were very pleasant but yesterday not so much! The guy that did my nails didn’t do a good job at all. I got the dip nail polish but he packed it on waaaay to thick and didn’t file it down that good. Nails looked warped, uneven and dented!!! I asked for oval shape and I got round. I don’t know what happened to this nail salon!! Previous experiences were very pleasant but yesterday not so much! The guy that did my nails didn’t do a good job at all. I got the dip nail polish but he packed it on waaaay to thick and didn’t file it down that good. Nails looked warped, uneven and dented!!! I asked for oval shape and I got round. Critical: Cleanliness, QualityTook my daughter to get her nails done before Christmas on the 23rd and a couple days after she started to get white bumps on her fingers and two finger developed sores. Took her to the doctor and was told that she had an infection in her nail bed. Doctor asked about her manicure and then proceeded to tell us it was most likely from dirty equipment. The doctor removed one of the nails because it was so infected. She was prescribed an antibiotic and sent home. I went to the nail place with the pictures of her nails and the notes from the doctor. They denied it and said that my daughter must have hit her nails on something and damaged them. This place is a joke. I didn’t ask them for anything more than my money back just for principal. Took my daughter to get her nails done before Christmas on the 23rd and a couple days after she started to get white bumps on her fingers and two finger developed sores. Took her to the doctor and was told that she had an infection in her nail bed. Doctor asked about her manicure and then proceeded to tell us it was most likely from dirty equipment. Critical: QualityI had the worst manicure and pedicure in my life. The man was afraid to use his tweezers and left all my cuticles around my tips and toenails. Then, for my pedicure, he left my heels feeling rough, and for my manicure he didn’t massage my hands and arms. I ended up leaving with no polish, because he even managed to do a terrible job at that. I would just make sure you request someone instead of just walking in. It was a waste of $68.00!! It makes me sad because this was supposed to be a treat for me and it ended up being a bad experience. I did speak up and ask him to fix things, but there comes a point that you just realized you got a bad manicurist. I had the worst manicure and pedicure in my life. The man was afraid to use his tweezers and left all my cuticles around my tips and toenails. Then, for my pedicure, he left my heels feeling rough, and for my manicure he didn’t massage my hands and arms. I ended up leaving with no polish, because he even managed to do a terrible job at that. I would just make sure you request someone instead of just walking in. It was a waste of $68.00!! It makes me sad because this was supposed to be a treat for me and it ended up being a bad experience. I did speak up and ask him to fix things, but there comes a point that you just realized you got a bad manicurist. Just confirmation that I should continue to save my money and just do it myself.

So when I ask if she could take care of the callus on one foot she told me it was too much work! Needless to say there was no tip left and I will not be going back! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is the second time I have been here after looking for a permanent shop I could go to every 2 weeks. The older man in the first seat on the left did my nails both times. The first time one of my nails fail off after only a week. When I informed them of this they did nothing and sat me with the same man. HE WATCHED FOOTBALL THE WHOLE TIME AND DID NOT PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT HE WAS DOING. I also see other reviews complaning of the same thing. Fast forward to now. I just got my nails done Saturday and one broke off. After I told him ive had the same nails on and have gotten them filled in 4 times I wanted new nails. He didnt do it. My nails look absolutely horrible!!!! Its very frustrating spending money on something for it to be such horrible quality. I would love my money back or for them to fix my nails. This is seriously ridiculous. Ive had these nails for 48 hrs and its broken. This is the second time I have been here after looking for a permanent shop I could go to every 2 weeks. The older man in the first seat on the left did my nails both times. The first time one of my nails fail off after only a week. When I informed them of this they did nothing and sat me with the same man.
