My mother and I had a great experience at the spa. We had pedicures and manicures. Ben and Be were efficient and quick. Our nails looked perfect. The massage chairs were a bonus. I will definitely go back.

Came here one time for a full set and pedicure. My nails were pretty good, but could have been better. The guy that did my pedicure kept digging his nail in my toe though everytime he pushed down to paint it and it was painful. Hard to relax so I don’t think I’ll go there again.

I have been coming to lavish nails for 3 years on a every 3 week basis the last 2 times that I have came in to lavish nails I’ve had a female employee who is always grumpy, very rude! Then gets mad at you when she hurts you while doing your nails and then to top it off they don’t tell you that they’re gonna charge you $15 for gel when you are getting a pedicure and you’re looking at the prices at the beginning it says 60 for pedicure that I picked and then they bring you the paper when you ask why it’s so much and they show you at the very top that it says add gel color $15 1st off why is gel Polish $15? Secondly it should be added to the pedure prices not put up at the top of a paper that i never looked at due to I always get the same thing! I’ve never been charged what I was today! I’m just very appalled at the service that is now coming from this place I will not be coming back

They do amazing quality work!!! Kevin did my 4th of July nails this last time and I couldn’t be happier with the way they turned out. Another worker did the pink set of nails and they did such an awesome job too. I didn’t lose a single rhinestone for the entire month I had them. This is the only salon I’ll go to in Chico.
