Kelly killed it! I’ve been using the same nail tech for four years and when she went out of town, I was really nervous about finding somebody new to work on my nails…I’m really particular about certain things. But Kelly listened to everything that I asked for! She made sure everything was perfect and up to my standards! Plus, she’s super personable! Love my nails and love that girl!

She was so patient with my daughter and accommodating when it came to the mermaid design. She wasn’t rude or impatient and afterwards, my daughter kept saying how much she loves her nails. I took my 3yo daughter to get “mermaid nails” and let me tell you, before I walked out the door, I booked a second appointment with Kelly. She was so patient with my daughter and accommodating when it came to the mermaid design. She wasn’t rude or impatient and afterwards, my daughter kept saying how much she loves her nails. Had a wonderful experience at Lavish Nails this evening, greeted as soon as I walked in the door, as a walk-in my wait was not long at all. My nail tech Kelly was so sweet, gentle, and professional. Amazing experience!! I found this shop via google and I am impressed! I came as a walk in around 6:30pm for pedi and full set. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in & though they close at 7, they were MORE than accommodating for me! I didn’t have to wait long, but during the wait, they continued to update me and make sure I was happy. The waiting area was very comfortable. There were cute comfy couches and a tv for entertainment. I was serviced with a pedicure first. Ms. Teresa was very sweet! She made me feel very comfortable as she did my feet. She took her time, paid attention to every detail and the end result was FLAWLESS! We talked the entire time. I was serviced next by Ms. Keisha who did my full set. The sweetest person you ever want to meet. I showed her a picture of how I’d like my nails and baby they look FAR greater than the picture! These ladies LOVE what they do and it shows. I wasn’t rushed, even though I was the last customer and I didn’t feel unwelcome! I have never loved my nails SO much! They have a forever customer in me. If you’re looking for a sign to book here … this is it! Thank you guys so much for making me feel like family and getting me all dolled up!

I found Lavish Nails on social media after a disaster and I mean disaster set of nails from someone in Jacksonville…. I called first then went up to the shop and asked if someone could please help my nails were just a mess….everyone was really nice and trying to help. To make a long story short I went home that day soaked off for like 8 hours seriously…..went back to the shop the next day and Keisha hooked me up and I have been going faithfully ever since 3/2021!! Might I add I am from Detroit and we do not play about our nails !!! I recommend 10 out 10

I was greeted when I came in, after calling and booking an appointment for 3pm. I arrived at 2:47 and was told to wait in the waiting area. I waited there til about 3:30 and she told me to come out and wait in the middle. I waited in the middle up until 3:55 not to mention someone who came in after me was seen before me! No one offered anything told me the wait time, I’ll be next ANYTHING!!!!! I sat there in the nail shop from 2:47 to 3:55 WITH A APPOINTMENT!!!! And didn’t get taken care of. Not to sit there and soak off or anything. The shop was beautiful but I do not feel like I got the correct customer service like I should have!! I came here for a specific set because my birthday is tomorrow and I left with disappointment and a hour and 20minutes of my time wasted. Nothing was even said to me when I got up and said I am about to leave.
