I always have a good experience here. Nice ambiance, even in the bathrooms. Excellent massage chairs. I always like my pedicures here. They seem to have eliminated the drying station. Also they do an excellent job at waxing in a private room that’s not also used as a storage closet. Thank you ladies you’re the best!

Critical: QualityMy sister had gone to get her nails done for her birthday and normally when we get our nails done it takes about 1-2 hrs. We went to lavish nails and the lady finished her nails in like 25 min. She rushed everything, the edges of the paint were clearly not cleaned up. The image is pretty self explanatory. The lady even tried justifying why the nail looked the way it looked and that it was fine. Luckily the owner/manager of the salon was willing to fix it the best she could. I did not have the best experience for my first time. I called to ask if I could come in the man told me he could get me in 20 minutes so that’s when I showed up. I walked in and 2 people verified if I did call. I was asked what shape I wanted I said round he said you should do oval…um no. So the lady that sat me down to do my nails shoved a few pieces of popcorn in her mouth now this isn’t a big deal I don’t mind letting someone finish eating but she didn’t wash her hands….I like my nails short well no they got done the length the tech wanted. Half way through me getting a full set she has to go to the bathroom ok no big deal except when she came back her hands were not wet nor warm nor cold telling me she yet again did not wash her hands. At this point I am annoyed and want to just leave. I asked her to file one nail more since it was uneven she told me she would since she isn’t done but guess what it’s still a little messed up. My nails are flat and my nails hurt I could feel them lifting as I was leaving and she did not clean under my thumb. I really wanted to like this place. Perhaps I will try it again. Maybe early morning next time. Asian owned salon
