I went in this past Saturday and initially left very unsatisfied with my nails. I won’t get into detail as to why but the nail technician did her best to try to cover up the mistakes but it ultimately made it worse. I never typically complain but after spending the money I spent I decided to reach out to them via Facebook messenger. Right away Shayla responded with the attitude of “don’t worry we will take care of you” which was awesome! Fast forward to Tuesday evening (soonest I was able to come in) and I was essentially a walk in as they had to work me in with their scheduled appointments but Tina greeted me and was very sweet and had the same attitude as her sister Shayla! Emily started the process of removing the old nail design and Tammy took over and did an outstanding job with my new nails! I love my nails and greatly appreciate the wonderful customer service provided by everyone! They were all so nice and understanding! Pictured is my beautiful new set done by Tammy!

I took my sister to get her nails done for her first time, and she chose a gradient blue. I helped her choose the colors, but I messed up on two shades. 🙁 Paul was so sweet and redid the nails and took extra time to be gentle with her and made sure he wasn’t hurting her. Her nails look amazing and I highly recommend Paul.

This place is AWFUL. I had an appointment for 2:00, but I don’t know why I even make appointments anymore because I always end up sitting and waiting for 20 minutes or more. She didn’t start my nails until 2:20. I showed a specific picture asking for almond acrylic french tips, as my natural nails are very short. She said ok, but then changed her tone when she saw my nails. She said “Oh, you don’t need tips, your natural nails will be fine.” I was shocked as my nails are extremely short, so I double checked with her to make sure they would look exactly like the picture. She assured me it would look fine, but oh my gosh…. these are the worst nails I have ever had! She even left black dip powder stains on my skin, and polish job is very messy with black dip particles throughout. Just awful. She did ask me if I like them, but it was already too late and I was just ready to get out of there. I’ll be going to another salon tomorrow to have this dip removed.

I got these done on May 21st. It was $50 for these .My nail tech was Alley. I will never be going back. My nails came out flat lopsided big thick. I wasted my money, I don’t want you to waste yours too.

I was not having a good day! I really just wanted to relax and treat myself that day! I took myself to lunch and then decide to get my nails and feet done. My technician was Alley! She was very nice! She took her time to provide me with excellent care. She did not realize that I was having a bad day. Her conversation was very positive and encouraging. She explained things to me about taking care of my nails and feet and I’ve never had anyone do that before. She was very genuine, sincere and she took pride in her work. She did an outstanding job and I left her a $50 tip so that she and her son could go do something special together since she mentioned him several times in our conversation.I highly recommend Lavish nails I’ve never left there disappointed!❤️

Love this place! They listen to what you have to say, and they are reasonably priced for all services. I have been going to over a year and have had quite a few different techs and so far I have yet to be disappointed. Only heads up is they ask for tips in cash so make sure you hit the ATM before you head over, but FABULOUS place. Love them!!!
