Went in on Thursday September 2nd for a pedicure and dip. Walked out very satisfied! Thought I had finally found the nail salon for me! But noticed on Saturday, September 4th that my nails were starting to crack, and break! And it’s just gotten worse as the days have passed. Which is unfortunate! I had read reviews before going in to try them out. I loved their selection of colors and my tech did a wonderful job on my toes and nails, they just have not lasted! Everyone there was very nice and the place was very clean, so it’s very unfortunate that the quality of products falls short!

very disappointed with my past 2 trips. I have come to Lavish quite a bit and the past two times have completely tarnished my liking for the business. the first of these two, by the time I got home from my appointment my gel nails were smeared. I called and they said there’s nothing they can do. I went back today with hopes it was just an “off day” for the employees and not only did my gel manicure smear again, but the color painted on my nails is entirely different than the one on the demo nails. when my nail tech started painting I interrupted and said it was different and she said the “color changes throughout the process”. I believed her, then when she was done I asked her about it again and she said the demo color is always different than on real nails. the manager came over and insisted that was the color I picked and I specifically selected the color I gave to my nail tech and showed them and they said I should have expected for it to be different. they said they were unable to give a full refund, partial refund or repaint them. I do not recommend this business at all. I’m not sure what’s happened over the past year for their service to become so poor but it’s unacceptable. if you want to be taken care of, satisfied with your results and have a set that lasts longer than one hour, this is not the place for you.

I’ve been here before and had no problems but I’m not sure what happened this time. Whatever bubbling up is happening is a first so I’m not sure if it’s something I did or my nails tech but this has never happened before. Considering you’re spending over $100 to get gel that’s supposed to last is kind of upsetting. Not to mention the whole conversation that happened in front of my face between my nail tech and some other girl who worked there. Talking in whispers as if I can’t hear them and looking to see if I’m listening. Don’t know the language but I know I’m not a fan of that. ♀️ I drove out of my way to come here because of how much I loved it last time but I think I’m gonna pass for the next few times
