This was my first time here and it was a great experience. They have so many colors to choose from and the service was great! Kathy did amazing on my nails and she took the extra time to make them look amazing. I came in 75 min. before closing, they were pretty busy, but even after closing she still took her time on my nails. She didn’t rush, just because the store was closed, which I really appreciated. This is for sure my new favorite nail salon in the area! I will be returning to this location and asking for Kathy!

I’ve never heard of this place before and was in the parking lot and needed my nails filled and one repaired that cracked and tore my real nail underneath (hurt so bad!!!).. I went in around 6pm and they didn’t stop working on my nails till closing time, 8pm.. I’ve never had a salon take so long just for a fill and I really loved it. usually it’s a 30 min in and out thing… the man that did my nails did such a wonderful job… he was very detailed and delicate, especially when it came to fixing my broken nail… if I didn’t know better I’d say he was a perfectionist. I’ve never left a nail salon happier than I did when I left Lavish.. it’s such a clean and pretty salon with wonderful employees.. so happy I found this place!!!! I will definitely be going back every time I need my nails done! 🙂

The first few years were fantastic..Was shocked that I was asked to move to another chair after sitting to soak my feet for a 5 min in the water bath. Not a professional thing to do to any client.This has happened before to other patrons as well. Even rushing a client out of a chair when the polish is still wet, barefoot to the waiting area to accommodate more customers. They clearly care about profit only. When you pay good money for a pedicure and a manicure at this nail spa. You shouldn’t be asked to move when already seated. They had to 3 of there workers switching out on me and others client’s as well. The quality of work dose suffer when they are rushed to accommodate the all walk in’s. They are not always consistent in quality work. Hope the owner reads this review and makes improvements to improving customer services. Extremely disappointing!!

Had a wonderful first visit today at Lavish and Steven/Stephen was amazing and did a wonderful job on my nails (I needed a fill badly). He was polite and very thorough and I am very happy with the end result. The shop was very clean (smaller than I thought it would be) but minimal decor and calming colors. Can’t wait to get my feet done next time! Thank you!
